How it works

From AI output to a classroom quiz, in five steps

No technical background needed. If you can paste text into a box, you can publish a bilingual quiz.

How a quiz gets made

This part is for teachers and school admins. Students never see any of it — they only see the finished quiz.

Write the questions with any AI tool

Copy the prompt template from the in-app help into whichever AI tool you use. It returns multiple-choice questions in the exact layout the parser reads: question, options a–d, and an answer letter.

Prompt template (also shown inside the app):
You are a quiz generator for grades 6-10
in Nepal. Generate N MCQs in this EXACT
format, one per question:

Q1) question text
a) option A
b) option B
c) option C
d) option D
Answer: b

Rules:
- Use Q1, Q2, Q3... labels.
- Use a), b), c), d) for options.
- 2 to 6 options per question.
- "Answer:" line = single letter.
- MCQs only — no essay questions.
02

Paste it into ShikshaHub

In the teacher dashboard, open "Create Quiz". There are two boxes — English, and Nepali if you have it. Paste the output and press "Parse questions".

Two paste boxes, no formatting to juggle:

Check the parsed preview

The parser is a regular expression, not an AI call, so it costs nothing and runs instantly. It builds a preview table you can edit cell by cell. Open-ended questions are rejected — version 1 supports multiple choice only.

Every cell is editable before publishing:
#QuestionAnswer
1Plants make food through…b
2Which gas do humans breathe…b
3Explain photosynthesisblocked

Publish to a class or a grade

Choose a target: one scheduled class, or every student in a grade taking that subject. Once published, the quiz appears on those students' dashboards in both languages.

Choose who receives it:
All grade-8 students
Science · 47 students
Class 8A — Tuesday 10am
28 students
05

The student answers it

The student opens the quiz from their dashboard and answers one question at a time, switching language on any question. Scoring is automatic on submit, and the per-question review shows the correct answer in both languages.

How students get in

Only teachers and school admins can create a student account. The form takes the student's name, email, phone, date of birth, guardian name and phone, home address, and grade or class. ShikshaHub then emails the student a signed access link that signs them in — no password to remember. The link expires after 30 days, and the teacher or admin who created it can reissue or revoke it at any time.

Ask your teacher or school admin for access.

आफ्नो शिक्षक वा विद्यालय प्रशासकसँग पहुँचको लागि सोध्नुहोस्।

Set your school up

Teacher and school admin accounts are created here. Student accounts are created from the dashboard afterwards.
